We are a private Aiki training group located in Elizabethtown, PA with a focus on internal energies and their application in physical techniques . Our members have varied Aiki backgrounds that include Aikijujutsu, early Ki Society, Iwama, AAA, and ASU training. We feel that all Aiki styles and organizations have something positive to offer in Aiki and we strive to explore these aspects and incorporate them in our training.
We are also a member of the Daitoryu Aikijujutsu Roppokai, New York Branch, and are currently applying for study group status.
In addition, we are associated with Dan Harden and have incorporated his internal skills development methods into our training.
